Getting information quickly is essential to staying informed and competitive. The Coalition’s newsletters and alerts inform members about changes and opportunities affecting New York State’s community of children mental health care providers and families.

ListServes - As a member of the NYS Coalition for Children's Mental Health Services, we encourage you to join our many Provider ListServes. By joining a ListServe, you will receive timely information on issues pertinent to your program area of interest. And, you will have the opportunity to post questions, share articles and advice with your colleagues across New York State.

Quarterly Newsletter – Children’s Coalition News - The Children’s Coalition News in-depth quarterly newsletter provides detailed information and changes impacting our members, and the programs and services that insure the most appropriate care and treatment for the children and families we serve.

Federal rules, state restructuring, state budget overviews and highlights, plus any other topic that impacts the core of community-based services our members provide are summarized for your perusal and emailed in a pdf format for you to print out and share with your staff, board of director and families.

Special Edition Newsletters and Alerts - Similar to our quarterly newsletter, The Coalition offers updated special edition newsletters on an “as needed” basis regarding issues that need immediate attention, input, and response to represent the best interest of the children’s mental health field.

Publications - In our effort to further enhance the development, funding, and formalization of the treatment and service for children’s mental health, The Coalition publishes, and/or distributes, informational reports regarding the many needs of our children and families in New York State now, and in the future. These publications provide comprehensive background, summaries, and recommendations for New York State’s Children’s Mental Health Care System.
